The Construction Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic cold roll forming line designed for high-precision production of building components such as metal roof & wall panels, C/Z purlins, floor decking sheets, and light gauge steel framing profiles. The line integrates hydraulic/manual decoiler, precision leveling, multi-station roll forming, optional hydraulic punching, hydraulic cut-to-length and PLC-controlled automatic stacking. Built with heavy-duty welded steel frames and heat-treated Cr12MoV / GCr15 rollers with hard chrome plating, the machine ensures long service life, tight dimensional tolerances (±1.0mm length tolerance), and stable high-speed operation for continuous industrial production.
