The Electrical Enclosure Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic cold roll forming production line designed for the mass production of electrical cabinet shells, junction boxes, distribution board enclosures, and switchgear panel frames. The integrated line performs decoiling, precision leveling, inline hydraulic/servo punching (for cable knockouts, mounting holes, ventilation louvers, and lock cutouts), progressive roll forming, and cut-to-length—all in one continuous process. It replaces traditional multi-step stamping and hand-bending with higher efficiency, better dimensional consistency, and minimal material waste.
Integrated Inline Punching: CNC-controlled punching unit creates round holes, oblong slots, hinge cutouts, and grounding holes with ±0.2mm positional accuracy—ready for assembly without secondary drilling.
Multi-Fold Profile Capability: Capable of forming 9-fold, 13-fold, and 16-fold (Rittal-type) cabinet frame profiles, C/U channels, and box-side panels from a single line with changeable roller cassettes.
Precision Forming Section: 14–24 forming stations with Cr12MoV/GCr15 rollers (HRC 58–62, hard chrome plated) and heavy-duty 40Cr/45# alloy shafts for tight tolerances (±0.3mm) and excellent straightness.
Non-Stop Flying Cut / Hydraulic Shear: Clean, burr-free cutting synchronized with line speed—no interruption to material feed.
PLC + HMI Control: Touch-screen interface for recipe storage (different box sizes/profiles), batch programming of length/quantity, and real-time production monitoring with encoder-based length tolerance within ±1mm.
