The Elevator Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic cold roll forming line designed for the continuous production of elevator door frames, car wall panels, jamb profiles, and T-type / hollow guide rails. The line transforms steel coils into precision-shaped profiles through decoiling, leveling, servo feeding, hydraulic punching, roll forming, and flying cut-to-length — all controlled by a PLC touch-screen system.
Engineered for high dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish, it is ideal for manufacturing elevator components that require tight tolerances and aesthetic quality.
High Precision Forming: Profile tolerance within ±0.1–0.5mm; straightness and twist strictly controlled to meet elevator assembly standards.
Multi-Profile Capability: Optional quick-change cassette system or adjustable archways for producing different door frame / guide rail sizes.
Servo Punching Unit: In-line hydraulic or servo punching for mounting holes, bolt slots, and guide channels with positioning accuracy ±0.15mm.
Surface Protection: Hard-chrome-plated or mirror-finished rollers prevent scratching on stainless steel (SUS304/430) and pre-painted coils.
High-Speed Production: Forming speed 10–25 m/min (door profiles) / 8–15 m/min (heavy guide rails); non-stop flying shear cutting.
Robust Construction: Heavy-duty welded frame with precision-machined stands; gearbox or heavy-chain drive for stable long-term operation.
Safety & Compliance: Full safety guarding, light curtains, emergency stops; CE / UL compliant electrical cabinets available.
