The guide rail roll forming is widely used as side guide tracks for roller shutter doors, sectional garage doors, industrial sliding doors, and also applicable for window frame guides or curtain tracks .
The roll-formed door guide rail is manufactured from continuous cold roll forming of galvanized steel or carbon steel strip. It provides a precise, rigid channel to guide rolling shutter/garage doors smoothly during opening and closing, with high dimensional accuracy, uniform thickness and excellent corrosion resistance .
Material: Hot-dip galvanized steel strip (DX51D+Z) or cold-rolled carbon steel, thickness 1.2–2.5 mm optional.
Process: Continuous cold roll forming (cold roll formed), hydraulic punching and cut-to-length per customer profile drawing.
Features: High straightness, consistent cross-section, smooth surface finish, good corrosion resistance, customizable section shape and length.
