A roll forming machine is an industrial cold-forming system that progressively bends a continuous flat metal strip or coil into a desired cross-sectional profile through a series of contoured roller stations. It typically consists of an uncoiler, leveler/feeder, multiple roll forming stands, optional hydraulic punching units, a flying cut-off, and a run-out table.
