We support a full range of advanced solar-grade materials, including hot-dip galvanized steel (HDG), galvalume steel (AZ), magnesium-aluminum-zinc coated steel (Mg-Al-Zn), PPGI/PPGL pre-painted steel, and 6061/6063 aluminum alloy. All materials are specially selected for outdoor PV environmental adaptability, anti-corrosion performance and excellent continuous roll formability without coating peeling or cracking.
Our roll forming lines manufacture all mainstream solar structural profiles, including C channels, U channels, Z purlins, solar mounting rails, bracket profiles, grounding clips, and customized thin-wall precision sections. The finished profiles are widely used for ground solar farms, rooftop PV systems, floating solar projects and balcony solar installations.
We maintain high dimensional precision for all solar profiles. The straightness tolerance is controlled within ±0.5mm/m, hole positioning tolerance within ±0.3mm, and section size tolerance within ±0.2mm. High-precision roll forming ensures perfect on-site assembly, no deformation, and fully matches customer’s installation drawings and automatic assembly requirements.
Anti-corrosion performance is achieved through both high-grade raw materials and stable forming technology. We adopt HDG, Galvalume, and Mg-Al-Zn ultra-corrosion-resistant coatings for different application scenarios. Our mature roll forming process avoids coating scratch, peeling and micro-cracks during bending and stamping, ensuring the original anti-rust performance of the material. For coastal, saline-alkali and industrial areas, we recommend Mg-Al-Zn coated steel with 3–6 times longer salt spray resistance than traditional galvanized steel.
The service life depends on the coating material. Standard HDG profiles offer 20–25 years service life for inland ordinary environments. Galvalume and PPGL profiles can last 25–30 years. Mg-Al-Zn high-alloy coated profiles support more than 30 years of service life even in harsh coastal, saline-alkali and heavy pollution environments, fully matching the 25-year warranty cycle of PV modules.
Yes, fully customized service is available. We support custom section shapes, sizes, thicknesses, hole punching patterns, surface coatings and color requirements. We can develop new roll forming molds according to customers’ drawings or samples, and provide one-stop solutions from material selection, profile design, mold development to mass production.
Our automated continuous roll forming lines support high-volume, stable mass production. The daily output of standard solar brackets and purlins can reach tens of tons. We can fully meet the delivery demands of small-batch customized orders and large-scale utility solar farm projects, with stable cycle delivery and flexible production scheduling.
