Roll Forming for Elevator Components

Our roll formed elevator components are manufactured by continuous cold roll forming process from galvanized or cold-rolled steel strip. They feature high dimensional accuracy, smooth surface finish and excellent straightness, widely used as elevator car door tracks, landing door guide channels, stiffeners and structural profiles for lift systems.

Typical Products: Elevator car door guide rail/track, landing door channel, door frame stiffener, counterweight guide sections, cab trim mouldings and U/C channels.
